Special prosecutor Hank Brennan now claims a top Karen Read trial witness has been debunked. Digital forensics expert Richard Green testified in the first trial that Jennifer McCabe’s famous “Hos long to die in cold” search registered at 2:27 am. But in a motion filed in Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham, Massachusetts, the prosecutor now seeks to keep Green off the stand in the retrial. Green also said McCabe attempted to delete data from her phone.
