Kohberger Attorneys Reveal More Evidence

Bryan Kohberger’s defense attorneys now claim prosecutors broke Idaho’s pretrial rules of discovery by revealing 25 experts, but failing to include required support information. Defense Attorney Anne Taylor, in a motion calling for sanctions, also revealed more terabytes of discovery and data from more electronic devices. Yet the inadequate disclosures, in Taylor’s words, require sanctions up to and including stopping the experts from testifying or even taking capital punishment off the table.
